Avocado oil is extremely thick, rich and fairly heavy. It is best used by blending with other carrier oils. The oil is high contains high amounts of Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E. It also contains amino acids, sterols, pantothenic acid, lecithin, and other essential fatty acids. These ingredients make this a perfect oil for treatment of dry, dehydrated skin. You can expect this oil to last upto about a year if kept properly.
